1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for all items purchased from DiegoDelVani. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days from the date you received your items. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging.


2. How do I return an item?

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@diegodelvani.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We’ll provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in original condition, we'll issue your refund.

3. What is your shipping and handling time?

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and handled within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Transit Time: Once your order is shipped, please expect 3 to 4 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Note: Shipping times may vary during high-demand periods like holidays.


4. Do you offer international shipping?

No we only offer shipping within the united states.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the  order tracking page


6. What if an item is out of stock?

If an item you're interested in is out of stock, you can sign up for a notification on the product page to be alerted when it’s back in stock. Alternatively, you can contact us directly, and we will inform you if we expect a restock soon.

8. Do you offer gift cards?

No currently at the moment we do not offer giftcards.


9. How do I care for my DiegoDelvani items?

To keep your DiegoDelvani clothes looking their best, please follow the care instructions on the label of each item. Typically, we recommend washing with cold water and air drying for longevity.
